Payment & Refunds

I offer a set price for my offerings and also offer the opportunity for clients to financially meet me where they are & set a price that makes both of us feel content. Clients may ask for sliding scale rates for Massage at James Fowler Physical Therapy (please contact me first!), coaching, and Reiki.

Due to the nature of my business, I do not offer any refunds for private sessions, gift certificates, and packages. This also encourages clients to slow down and be mindful about making the right decision which is what Ayurveda & Yoga are all about!

Workshops: Refunds are given when clients give at least 48 hours notice.

Reiki Expiration Dates

Individual Reiki sessions expire 30 days after the purchase date.

Reiki packages of 6 are available and can be applied to the first session. Package expires 12 weeks after purchase date.

Sessions and packages are non-transferable.

Coaching Expiration Dates

The Initial and Follow-up package expires 30 days after the purchase date.

Coaching packages of 6, 12 and 24 are available for purchase after the first two sessions. These packages expire 12 weeks, 25 weeks, and 52 weeks after the purchase date respectively.

Expiration dates may be extended on a case-by-case basis for all coaching packages.

Packages are non-transferable.

Gift certificates

All gift certificates are non-transferrable and expire 6 months after purchase.

Massage Therapy in NYC

I currently do not take private massage clients. Please refer to James Fowler Physical Therapy and Prenatal Massage & Movement Center’s policies on their websites when scheduling a session with me through them. Pregnant people of all 3 trimesters are encouraged to receive a session.

Covid-19

Reiki and in person coaching: masks are optional.

*Clients will NOT be charged or will NOT lose a session from a package if they cancel due to being sick.

Lateness:

All sessions start and end on time. If clients are late, sessions will still end at the original time to ensure that every client on the schedule isn’t affected.

I’m not responsible for injuries during or after any sessions or any emotional upset, digestive discomfort or adverse reactions to the suggestions given during and after sessions. By working with me, you acknowledge the potentional risks that may occur.

I have a 24 hour cancellation policy for private coaching and reiki sessions. Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance may be forfeited at my DISCRETION. Please refer to the massage therapy websites policies regarding their cancellation policy.
