Planning A Visit
All services are by appointment only. Please, give at least 3 hours notice when contacting the therapist to make a same day appointment.To schedule an appointment with Jessica, clients can book same day or future appointments 3 ways:
- Contact via phone, email, text.
- Online via Website: Please click the "Book On-line" tab on the home page, or on the "Massage" and "Self-Care" tabs. Clients can choose to reserve without paying or pay in full.
- Contact form on website.
After scheduling an appointment, a confirmation email will be sent. New Clients will receive an invitation to fill out a Massage Book Client Intake Form.
Please note: Jessica might not be available to answer the phone if she is with a client. It is highly recommended to schedule your own appointment on-line or call with as much notice as possible.
Since Jessica is working from home, clients are asked to call/ text when they are in the area so Jessica will greet you in the lobby before you enter the building.
It is recommended that clients arrive at least 15 minutes before their appointment time. It may cut into your session duration if you arrive late. If new clients haven't filled their intake form on-line, they can fill out an intake form in person and discuss their needs prior to their session. If you haven't paid prior to your appointment, payment is required once you arrive. Cash and Credit is accepted. Please note: There is a credit card processing fee when paying with a valid credit card.
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. An email reminder will be sent the day before the appointment. If a client gives less than 24 hours notice, they will be charged in full unless they reschedule. You will be charged 50% of the service price if you reschedule less than 24 hours in advance.
Clients who arrive late will be charged at full price but will not receive the full duration of their service. Clients are encouraged to call or text when running late. We also recommend to arrive early because we want you to receive your full service.
If a client doesn't show up for their appointment, they will be charged at full price. No-Shows and late cancellations are considered an inconvenience because this prevents us from booking another client.
Clients can purchase a Gift Certificate. Once payment is received, the recipient and buyer will receive an email with a PDF file of the certificate. It is recommended for the recipient to show the PDF to us during intake on the day of their appointment. The gift certificate cannot be refunded. If you have a gift certificate from us, please schedule your appointment via email, text, or on website.(Choose Reserve without Paying option).
We kindly ask to please turn off your phones or put it on silent. Also, so it doesn't disturb our therapist while she is working with you and interfere with your relaxing experience.
Valuables and Wardrobe
Please take off jewelry and put them in a safe place before the session starts.
Swedish Massage/ Deep Tissue, Combination
-Clients can wear anything since they will remove their clothing and will be covered by a sheet.
Traditional Thai Massage
-Loose but not baggy pants and shirt or Yoga Attire.
The Roll Model Method®
- Form fitting clothing so the therapy balls do not pull on your clothes.
Thai Foot Massage
-Clients can choose to remove their clothing and will be covered by a sheet or can keep their clothing on as long as their pants can be pulled just above the knees. If the service is 75 minutes, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing.
Stretching, Foam Rolling Lessons
Work out Attire, Yoga Attire
Please arrive clean having showered or bathed prior to your service.
Gratuity is included in all services. However, clients have the option to give more if they want to.
Please keep in mind that Solo Restore Thai Massage offers therapeutic and non sexual massage therapy. If you verbally and/ physically harass our therapist in any way, you will not be refunded and will be asked to leave.
Due to the nature of my business, Solo Restore Thai Massage does not offer refunds. Gift Certificates are not refundable and will expire in 6 months. Services purchased via website/ invoice will expire in 6 months. Discounted series are not refundable and will expire in 6 months. All services are not transferable.
